Ticket Information for the 2008/2009 Series
All lectures in the six-part Series will begin at 7:30
p.m. at the Downtown United Presbyterian Church, 121 N. Fitzhugh Street
(directly across from City Hall).
Series tickets for current subscribers
Tickets are sold by subscription to all six lectures
in the Series, and go on sale to current Series subscribers in May (current
subscribers will receive an order form in the mail). Tickets will be mailed
in September.

New subscribers to the 2008/2009 Season are welcome;
Rochester Arts & Lectures is pleased to have new subscribers every
Season. All new Series subscriptions will be sold on a first-come, first-served
basis, beginning July 14th. If you have already requested information
for the 2008/2009 Series, you will receive a mailing inviting your participation.

Please include your name, address, phone number, and an e-mail address
(if applicable). You will receive an order form in the mail inviting your
participation. New subscriptions will be processed in the order in which
they are received. Please note: we handle “first-come, first-served”
in terms of payment received vs. inquiries made.
A limited number of Standing Room Only tickets ($15) will
be sold at the door on the evening of each lecture, beginning at 6:45pm.
SRO tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be
reserved in advance.
We do maintain a "call list" of interested parties
for any returned tickets. In the event that any individual tickets are
returned to our office for resale, we will contact the interested parties
on the call list. Please let us know if you would like to be added to
that list. Please note: we handle “first-come, first-served”
in terms of payment received vs. inquiries made.

General Admission Series - $120
Reserved Stage Series - $150
Includes reserved seating on the stage, to
the right or left of the podium ($30 per Series is tax-deductible)
Reserved Patron Series - $228
Includes preferred, reserved seating and a post-lecture
dessert reception with each author
($78 per Series is tax-deductible)
Friends of Rochester Arts & Lectures - $575 and
above
Includes 2 Patron Series
($275 of $575 is tax-deductible)
Directions and Parking
Rochester Arts & Lectures events
are held in the Downtown United Presbyterian Church, 121 N. Fitzhugh Street,
directly across from City Hall. North Fitzhugh Street runs parallel to
State Street/Exchange Boulevard.
From the East:
Exit 490 at South Clinton Avenue and the exit will
lead you into downtown Rochester. Cross Woodbury Boulevard and turn left
onto Broad Street. Cross the Genesee River. Cross State Street/Exchange
Blvd. Turn right onto North Fitzhugh Street. The lecture site is two blocks
down, at the end of the street.
From the West:
Exit 490 at South Avenue, and bear left to South Clinton Avenue. Take
a left onto South Clinton Avenue and head into downtown. Cross Woodbury
Boulevard and turn left onto Broad Street. Cross the Genesee River. Cross
State Street/Exchange Blvd. Turn right onto North Fitzhugh Street. The
lecture site is two blocks down, at the end of the street.
Parking
Some
parking is available on the surrounding city streets; follow all posted
parking regulations. Parking is also available in the Sister Cities Garage,
near the corner of North Fitzhugh and West Main Streets. This privately
owned garage charges $4 per car.
